Founded in 1986 by Charlene Walker, APS is SBA certified as a small
minority woman owned business and maintains certifications by the
State of California Public Utilities Commission along with a number
of local governmental agencies. The company sells its products and
services in a domestic market with an alternate channel national
distribution network.
APS is headquartered at 3515 S. Broadway Place in the city of
Los Angeles. The office was acquired in 1993 with more than
15,000 square feet of warehouse space. The facility is centrally
located to downtown Los Angeles with convenient freeway access for
the entire metropolitan area.
The primary reasons customers continue to maintain a relationship
with APS are mainly due to the outstanding post-sale support service
