Alternative Plus Systems is an authorized office products reseller for Xerox and Canon that provide a wide range of products and services to business of all types and sizes.  As an independent reseller, APS has strategically aligned itself with these key manufactures for innovative products and long-term support in maintaining a presence in major accounts nationwide.

Founded in 1986 by Charlene Walker, APS is SBA certified as a small minority woman owned business and maintains certifications by the State of California Public Utilities Commission along with a number of local governmental agencies. The company sells its products and services in a domestic market with an alternate channel national distribution network.

APS is headquartered at 3515 S. Broadway Place in the city of Los Angeles.  The office was acquired in 1993 with more than 15,000 square feet of warehouse space. The facility is centrally located to downtown Los Angeles with convenient freeway access for the entire metropolitan area.

The primary reasons customers continue to maintain a relationship with APS are mainly due to the outstanding post-sale support service the company offers, a highly skilled technical and sales staff and the overall dedication to customer care.  All products sold by APS are fully supported through a diverse portfolio of warranty benefits, service contracts and maintenance programs.
